Create an account in the Internet registration system for candidates (IRK) available on the recruitment site of Opole University of Technology . After your account has been created, your personal login and password will be generated.
Log in to the registration system (IRK) and choose the faculty. After choosing the faculty, your individual bank account number will be generated into which you should transfer the recruitment fee.
In case of registration to the IInd cycle studies, make sure that the completed Ist cycle education allows you to pursue registration to the chosen faculty within the IInd cycle. You can verify that by viewing the CATALOGUE OF RELATED FACULTIES displayed in the tab under the heading “Catalogue of related faculties”.
Transfer of the recruitment fee. The recruitment fee is contributed for each chosen faculty into the individual account generated by the IRK system (the account number is different for each candidate).
The recruitment fee is not subject to reimbursement.
Due to the fact that the time between the issuing of the payment till registering the money transfer into the OUTech bank account may last up to a couple of days (it is dependent on the place and method of payment), it is advisable to make the payment in a proper advance, before the completion date of on-line registration. To accelerate the money transfer process, we kindly advice to use the Internet banks.
After making the payment at the IRK programme, it is expected to type in the grades (in case of the previous form of secondary school leaving examination/ matura) or the percentage points (in case of the new form of matura) and in case of the IInd cycle studies, it is required to include a grade indicated in the diploma.
After termination of the on-line registering process in the IRK system, an announcement “qualified” or “not qualified” will be generated in the time specified by the recruitment schedule. You can also check the status in the recruitment office.
After completion of the qualification phase, qualified people shall provide a full set of documents to the recruitment office. Detailed information concerning the method of submitting the documents can be found
Documents will be collected in the recruitment office located in the “Łącznik” building, 45-271 Opole, Mikołajczyka 16 Street. The Department Recruitment Committees appointment dates are displayed in the RECRUITMENT SCHEDULE tab.
It is not required to submit the documents in person. However, it is advisable to remember that the application letter printed from the system shall contain your physical signature. Allowing another person to submit your documents, you shall be convinced about that person’s reliability in transmitting the documents to the recruitment office. It is also required to present your ID card or a copy of the ID card authorised by an institution entitled to issue such documents as well as to have all the documents in their original forms.
The documents may be also sent by mail — preferably with acknowledgement of receipt (e.g. registered mail). Remember that the date of the deposit of documents by the Recruitment Committee is respected, not the date evidenced by the postmark.

Remember – in case of sending the documents by mail, you must be confident they are complete and adequately filled in since in case of a missing required document or incorrectly provided data in the application letter, you may be deleted from the candidate list as a result.
It is strongly advisable to submit the documents in person because it is the only method of safe and due delivery to the right place, and you gain the authorisation of complete and correct delivery of documents.
